Returns for specific items will be permitted upon payment of a restocking charge. The restocking cost will be as follows and will be determined by the period within which the product is returned (the purchase date will be considered a day of use):

3 days – 10% of the item value.

7 days – 15% of the item value.

14 days – 25% of the item value.

No refunds after 14 days (about 2 weeks) from the purchase date will be permitted. Returned items must be in perfect new condition, with all stickers and other accessories attached, as well as the original packing. If the packaging’s seal is open, the minimum applicable amount is 15%. The value of the returned items (after deducting restocking costs) will be issued as shop credit. NO CASH REFUNDS.
